Malaika Arora was not paid Rs.1cr: Bandla Ganesh


Producer Bandla Ganesh has rebuffed the rumour doing the rounds that Malaika Arora Khan was paid Rs. 1 crore for Kevvu Keka song in ‘Gabbar Singh’. “There is no truth in this,” he categorically stated yesterday, without revealing the remuneration paid to the Munni sensation.
He also revealed that many sizzlers were approached for the song. “But we finally zeroed in on Malaika,” he said. Natalia Kaur was one among the item girls who was offered the song.
Speaking to some scribes, Ganesh also took exception to the proposition that music directors and lyricists should be given a share in the profits earned on music albums. “It is a good idea. But if we incur loss on the songs, will they be ready to share in the loss amount as well?” he argued.
Ganesh also drove home the point that fighting the scourge of piracy has become very difficult. “If it should be stopped, the fans have to contribute a lot,” he quipped

Finally Pawan Kalyan is celebrating


Pawan Kalyan believes that the work should speak rather than the persons. Hence, he will always do his best and leave the rest to audience. He doesn't mind even if his film is a hit or failure. He rarely speaks to media about his movies that were already released. Therefore we don't get to see his interviews often.


However, Power star decided to make his fans happy by celebrating the grand success of Gabbar Singh amidst them. Gabbar Singh's audio is a huge success like the film and the unit decided to celebrate the disc function on 31st of this month. Pawan Kalyan will attend this event along with Gabbar Singh unit. This function will be live telecasted on all the channels and even national media is expected to cover this event.


Gabbar Singh went on to join the fifty crore club in less than three weeks. It has collected over 50 crore rupees share and is all set to cross Dookudu all time collections record shortly. Gabbar Singh will stand next only to Magadheera in the biggest blockbusters list. Pawan fans have been patiently waiting for their hero to score a big hit for eleven years and finally their prayers were answered. It is a nice gesture from Pawan to celebrate the success with them.

Pawan Kalyan makes it tough for Charan


When Ram Charan ended the drought of success for mega heroes with Racha film, mega fans thought that he is the man that they should have hopes upon. Charan made the fans proud with Magadheera which is still sitting pretty on top and when he scored a blockbuster with ordinary film Racha, they got a feeling that he is the true successor to Chiranjeevi.


Pawan Kalyan's bad track record and Allu Arjun being considered as the second ranked star, Charan looked like the only hope for fans until Gabbar Singh arrived. With Gabbar Singh's arrival things suddenly changed as fans are immersed in extreme joy. Pawan Kalyan proved that he is the real Power king of box office with a stunning hit.


So Charan will now have internal competition. He will have to compete with his Babai and please the fans. Just delivering hits won't do. Gabbar Singh joined $1Million club by crossing $1Million reported gross in US. This is a great honor for a Tollywood movie in US since so far only one Tollywood movie crossed this mark and even normally a few of Bollywood movies crossed $1M mark in US. So far it is standing as the 2nd highest grosser in US Telugu market.

Gabbar Singh to launch New Collections


Power star Pawan Kalyan and his following among the masses is known to one and all. Not only that even the other genres of audiences are quite fond of watching his movies. Currently he is riding high with the success of his recent release 'Gabbar Singh' and here is a very interesting update.


Pawan has reportedly decided to launch Spido's clothes range in his brand name power star clothing. It is heard that the range of outfits would be reflecting the ideology of Pawan Kalyan. Sources say the clothes would be containing sportswear and semi casuals and the lineup is meant for the youth.


The launch is expected to take place on Sunday and this would be happening in Hyderabad. The noted producer Neelima Tirumalasetty, an ardent fan of the power star and producer of his movie 'Panjaa' had reportedly informed about this. Get set for the power star collection folks!!

Salman Khan buys Gabbar Singh Scenes for 50 Lakhs


Pawan Kalyan who bought the rights of Dabangg for making Gabbar Singh and now Salman Khan has bought the rights to some scenes from Gabbar Singh.
He had reportedly paid Rs. 50 Lakhs for the scenes which include the antyakshari episode, the cutout scene featuring Brahmanandam and the Kabaddi scene. These scenes will be incorporated in Sallu bhai′s Dabangg 2.
We will have to see if Pawan Kalyan again buys the rights of Dabangg 2 and makes the sequel to Gabbar Singh

RaviTeja Daruvu failed to break Pawan'a Mania



After a couple postponements, Raviteja's most awaited 'Daruvu' is in theatres to shock the fans of mass raja. It is decided that the movie lacks punch to break the 'Gabbar Singh' mania that is shaking the whole state now.

Stuffed with mindless comedy, incomprehensible story line and Raviteja's boring antics, 'Daruvu' looks more of a crap. In the name of exploring Raviteja's energy, the director failed to hold the pulse of audience with other characters becoming mere puppets. Trade pundits are saying that families and youth will not prefer 'Daruvu' for its pale content and 'oora mass' conceiving.

They say that 'Gabbar Singh' will be the undisputed king of Box Office for few more weeks as 'Daruvu' failed to create magic. With 'Eega' and 'Endukante Premanta' not falling nearby, there is no doubt that Powerstar will set some new records in Tollywood.

Pawan Kalyan to cross Mahesh Babu's Record !



Well, Pawan Kalyan fans are having a ball with the powerful hit Gabbar Singh amassing huge collections across the globe. The film has beaten all time records of Businessman and Racha and has become the top 3 film (with a worldwide share of Rs. 45 crores) within two weeks. The film's mind boggling run is continuing and as per the trade analysts, the film has every chance to surpass Dookudu all time collections.

If Gabbar Singh can beat Dookudu, then it will be the top 2 film of Telugu film industry next only to Magadheera. However, to do so Gabbar Singh will have to continue its dream run for few more days. It has been easy and cake walk for Gabbar till now as there is no competition from any notable movie.

With Daruvu out in theaters, it will surely grab the attention of entertainment lovers and hence may hamper the run of Gabbar Singh. Gabbar Singh producer's official cheating


Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh broke the all time first week record by amassing a mammoth total of Rs. 35 crores+ (approximate) share in the first week itself. Despite breaking all the existing records, Gabbar Singh numbers were not given to the press and media. Producer Ganesh simply stated that their film created a new record and didn't announce the collection figures officially for 'obvious' reasons.


When a film breaks a record officially, what is the big deal in publishing the figures, unless the producer wants to cheat by paying less tax? Bandla Ganesh said that he learnt of being honest after meeting Pawan Kalyan. Then what happened to his honesty now? Isn't it a crime to hide the genuinely earned income?


Pawan Kalyan fans have been complaining that Ganesh with the help of distributors is deliberately filling in less amounts in DCR to avoid taxes. Pawan Kalyan usually stays away from collections and records and even now he is not tracking the figures. Ganesh openly stated that he don't want to announce the record amount for certain reasons. This is raising doubts over his loyalty towards Pawan Kalyan and his fans.

Botsa Behind 'Gabbar Singh' Collections?

But, producer Ganesh made it clear that he will not reveal data about the collection figures of this movie. Though media is busy doing the guessing game, Ganesh is not confirming any record associated with this movie. Indeed, Botsa is said to be forcing him to not reveal any single number associated with this latest blockbuster of Pawan Kalyan. Revelations about the business made by 'Gabbar Singh' might force IT officials to make a surprise visit to Ganesh's house and this is not advisable at the moment. Though Botsa can handle all these attacks behind the curtains, a leak of the matter to opposition parties will create a crater for Congress in by-polls. 


Trade pundits are in-fact confirming this version. 'Films that made no real business will promote their success with fake reports. But a true hit like GS is not doing the collection-advertising because of some strong reason', a distributor stated.
